Report a road that needs fixing

If you would like to report a problem with a local road (including potholes, drains and signs):

Requests received via Snap Send Solve after hours don't get actioned until the following working day. So, if the issue is an emergency requiring immediate action (a tree across a road, wandering animals, etc) it's still best to give us a call on 1300 BAW BAW, especially outside of business hours.

To report a problem on a main arterial road please phone VicRoads on 131 170 (24 hrs).

Road Management Plan

The plan provides clarity to the community about the level of service provided in maintaining the roads and paths that Council manages, and commits us to an inspection and maintenance program, which is supported by an appropriate budget.
