The Farm Rate concession is available to owners of rateable land that meet Council’s definition of farm land. If you think you may be eligible but do not currently receive the discounted Farm Rate, you can apply by downloading and completing the form found here.
Council rates are a property-based tax. The Capital Improvement Value of the property is multiplied by the rate in the dollar set by the Council.
