Cats: 6 months - 10 years

Lost Animal Reclaims

Fees

  • Pound release fee - $175.00
  • Day fee - $30.00
  • Microchipping fee - $78.00
  • Pound large livestock release fee (horse, cow, bull, etc) - $195.00
  • Pound pocket pets and poultry (no day fee) - $50.00
  • Pound small livestock release fee (sheep, pig, goat, etc) - $100.00
  • Surrender - suggested donation - $150.00

Volunteer and Foster Care Programs

The Municipal Animal Pound is not currently operating a volunteer or placement program, and works with rescue organisations who provide foster care programs and carers.
