Infringements change annually and may vary. Infringements must be paid by the due date. Failure to pay the infringement by the due date may result in further enforcement action being taken and incurring further costs.
If objecting to your fine, an application for an internal review must be received by Baw Baw Shire Council providing your full details before the due date as shown on the front of the infringement notice. Your objection should outline the reasons you believe that special consideration should be given. You will be notified in writing of the outcome of your objection.
You may be eligible to apply to pay the infringement under a payment plan. Please phone 5624 2411 during business hours for more information.
