Baw Baw Shire Council (Council) acting under section 12(2) of the Road Management Act 2004 (Vic) proposes to discontinue the roads shown as R and BR on title plan TP586666H, with road R being the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 04229 Folio 641.
The road R is shown in red on the below aerial image, and the road BR is shown in blue:
The roads are paper roads which are located under existing Civic Park infrastructure. The proposed discontinuances are a part of the Baw Baw Culture and Connection Precinct project.
Any person may make a submission on the proposed discontinuance.
Any person wishing to make a submission must do so by 30th of April 2025.
All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 12 of the Road Management Act 2004.

Any person requesting to be heard in support of their submission is entitled to be heard before Council (or its committee established by Council for this purpose) or be represented by a person acting on their behalf and will be notified of the time and date of the hearing.
Following consideration of submissions, Council will notify all submitters of its decision in writing.
