Baw Baw Shire Council hereby wishes to advise that the section of Road marked in red on the below plan has been deemed as reasonably required for public traffic. The northern-eastern section of the of Burnett Court, Longwarry. See the diagram shown below. Accordingly Council has sought to cancel the grazing licence attached to this parcel under Sect 407 (1) of The Land Act 1958.
