Baw Baw Shire Council (Council) proposes to sell the land known shown by cross hatch in the drawing below, an unmarked road which constituted part of the Warragul Saleyards, with the adjoining land owner.
In accordance with the Local Government Act 2020 any person may make a submission on the above proposal. Any person requesting to be heard must do so within 28 days of publication of this notice.

Written submissions which meet the requirements of this notice will be considered in accordance with the above provisions. Any person requesting to be heard in support of their submission is entitled to be heard before Council or to be represented by a person acting on their behalf and will be notified of the time and date of the hearing.
Following consideration of submissions, Council may resolve:
- Not to sell the land; or
- To sell the land to the adjoining land owner.
