Baw Baw Shire Council (Council) advises that it intends to create E -1 Pipeline and Ancillary Purposes easement over the part of the land contained in certificate of title volume 11118 folio 071 being known as Part 72 Weebar Road Drouin as shown on the plan below (Easement), pursuant 1142A of the Local Government Act 2020.
The proposal is that the Easement be created in favour of Central Gippsland Region Water Corporation on the following terms:
- Compensation based on the Before and After assessment of the Creation of Easement upon completion of the Valuation.
- Reimbursement of Council’s reasonable costs.
