Baw Baw Shire Council (Council) gives notice under section 114(2)(b) of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) and Council’s community engagement policy, that it intends to create an electrical easement over the part of the land contained in certificate of title RES 1 PS704198, known as Warragul-Lardner Road WARRAGUL as shown on the plan below (Easement).
The proposal is that the Easement be created in favour of Ausnet Services 45603317559 (Purchaser) on behalf of Crownlea at current valuation.
A person may make a submission on the proposal.
Any person proposing to make a submission must do so by 5pm on 10th of October 2024. All submissions will be considered in accordance with Council’s community engagement policy.
Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, and can be hand delivered to Council's Office at 33 Young Street, Drouin, or emailed to Bawbaw@bawbawshire.vic.gov.au with subject line ATTN Property or posted to the following address:

Any person requesting to be heard in support of their submission is entitled to be heard before Council (or a Committee established by Council for this purpose) or be represented by a person acting on their behalf, and will be notified of the time and date of the hearing.
As of the date of signing, the Chief Executive Officer has certified that this material is not considered to be electoral material in accordance with Council’s Governance Rules made under the Local Government Act 2020, Civic Place, Warragul.
