Baw Baw Shire Council (Council) advises that it intends to create a Water supply easement over the part of the land contained in certificate of title volume 11455 folio 407 being known as 8A Golf Court Drouin as shown on the plan below (Easement), pursuant 116 of Local Government Act 2020.
The proposal is that the Easement be created in favour of Central Gippsland Region Water Corporation on the following key terms:

Compensation based on the Before and After assessment of the Creation of Easement $17,000 + $1,700 GST.

Reimbursement of Council reasonable costs.
