Notice of Intention to Acquire Land – Tarwin Street,Warragul
Baw Baw Shire Council (Council) gives notice under section 112(1) of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) and Council’s community engagement policy, that it intends to acquire part of the land contained in certificate of title volume 11968 folio 732, known as 7 Tarwin Street, Warragul, as shown on the plan below.
In accordance with the Act and Council’s Community Engagement Policy, Council will consult with all impacted property owners and publish this notice on its website.
