Notice of Intention to Acquire Land – Sutton Street,Warragul
Baw Baw Shire Council (Council) gives notice under section 112(1) of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) and Council’s community engagement policy, that it intends to acquire part of the land contained in certificate of title volume 9624 folio 725, 41 Sutton Street Warragul as shown on the plan below.
