Amendment C145bawb
The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C145bawb to the Baw Baw Planning Scheme.
The Amendment comes into operation on the date this notice is published in the Victoria Government Gazette.
The Amendment rezones 28 and part of 63 Yarragon-Leongatha Road, Yarragon, from Farming Zone to Neighbourhood Residential Zone Schedule 1; applies the Heritage Overlay (HO356) to the Deloraine Homestead at 63 Yarragon-Leongatha Road, Yarragon; and incorporates the Deloraine Homestead Statement of Significance into the Baw Baw Planning Scheme.
The Amendment is a combined planning permit application and Planning Scheme Amendment under section 96A of the Act. Planning Permit PLA0262/21 is for the staged, multi-lot subdivision of the land and removal of native vegetation.
