Warragul Youth Theatre

Warragul Youth Theatre is a volunteer organisation that was established in 2003.

Our primary aim is to provide an opportunity for young people to learn skills that will promote confidence and self-esteem in a positive environment.

Each school holidays we perform at the West Gippsland Arts Centre. We produce fairy tale musicals aimed at younger members of our community in order to share the magic of live theatre.

The talented young people involved in these shows are engaged in a fun pastime, developing teamwork skills and basic stagecraft. We also encourage older youth to be part of the Production Team with roles such as Stage Manager, lighting, make-up and sound. This allows children with various talents to be part of the team.
