With a dedicated team of home care assistants, personal care assistants and support workers, we work with you to understand your goals, ensure you are supported and empower you in day-to-day living, with services available to NDIS, DVA, Private Paid Services, CHSP and Home Care Package participants.
Nestled in the heart of Warragul's newest business estates (The W Corporate Business Precinct), our new facility represents a fresh canvas for fostering inclusivity, engagement, and meaningful connections. With open, inviting spaces designed to encourage interaction and innovation, we are poised to enhance the quality of life for our clients and expand our outreach to community groups within the Baw Baw Shire. We also invite other community groups to utilise our facilities.
