Planning and Development

Planning Application PLA0264/21 - 19 Princes Highway, Trafalgar

Council moved to issue a Notice of Decision to Grant a Planning Permit for Planning Application PLA0264/21 -19 Princes Highway, Trafalgar.

Planning Application PLA0302/21 - 24-26 Waterloo Road, Trafalgar

Council moved to issue a Notice of Decision to Grant a Planning Permit for Planning Application PLA0302/21 -24 -26 Waterloo Road, Trafalgar. 

Governance and Information Services

Update to Library Agreement with MyLi - My Community Library Ltd

Council, having considered the recommendation from the Board of MyLi - My Community Library Ltd (MyLi), resolved to enable the admission of new Councils to MyLi and entered into a Deed of Variation that would be executed upon additional Council/s being approved by the board of MyLi to be a member of MyLi.

Committee and Delegates Report

Cr McCabe spoke about the recent Deadly Hoops Basketball game as part of NAIDOC week activities and commended all Council Officers involved.
