Community invited to attend Council Meeting held in Trafalgar

Residents of Trafalgar and surrounds are invited to attend an ordinary Council Meeting held at 5:30pm on Wednesday 10 August at the Trafalgar Business Centre.  

Due to a function taking place at the West Gippsland Arts Centre on the same night, Baw Baw Shire Council has relocated its Council Meeting to the Trafalgar Business Centre, with the opportunity for the local Trafalgar community to participate in the gallery with no bookings required. 

When: Wednesday 10 August at 5:30pm 
Where: Trafalgar Business Centre, 107 Princes Highway, Trafalgar 

The agenda for this meeting will focus partly on items that may be of interest to the local Trafalgar Community. The agenda packet will be made available on Friday 5 August on Council’s website.  

Interested community members are welcome to view the items, reports and attachments prepared by Council staff that will be deliberated by Councillors during the meeting. 

Community members who are unable to attend the meeting in person, will be able to watch the meeting via a live stream on Council’s Facebook page.  

All Council meetings are live streamed and archived with recordings made available on Council’s website for viewing a few days after the meeting.   

Residents can also stay in the loop with Council Meeting decisions, outcomes and plans following the meeting by subscribing to Council News Email Updates.

All further ordinary Council Meetings will resume at the West Gippsland Arts Centre – Fountain Room on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 5.30pm, unless otherwise advised. A future Council Meeting is planned for Neerim South in September with details to be confirmed shortly.
