Baw Baw businesses and community groups invited to celebrate seniors

Baw Baw businesses and community groups are invited to celebrate seniors by hosting an event during the Victorian Seniors Festival this October.
The annual state-wide festival aims to offer a variety of free or low-cost activities for seniors, covering a wide variety of interests and abilities.
Previous festivals have seen seniors in Baw Baw enjoy a diverse offering from bonsai to bushwalking, croquet to concerts, aquarobics, movie screenings and more.
All qualifying events will be promoted in the festival program printed and distributed by Baw Baw Shire Council.
Submissions must meet the following criteria:
- The event or activity must take place in October 2021
- The event or activity is free or reasonable cost.
- The event or activity offers good quality entertainment or an activity in a friendly environment.
- The event or activity offers people an opportunity to try something new.
Submissions close on Tuesday 1 June 2021.
