Working variously as a broadcaster, novelist, columnist, agitator and television entertainer, Rachel Berger’s material encompasses contemporary lifestyles, offering a hilarious and poignant expose of human foibles. There are no cows too sacred for Berger, who provides a distinctive voice for women’s opinions and viewpoints. Her story is one of triumph, success and resilience, a story that makes you believe in the strength of the human spirit and the power of laughter to overcome the most grueling circumstances.

Rachel believes that humour is a powerful tool to to communicate potent messages. In recent years she has hosted a public forum on Climate Change with world-leading Climate Change expert Stephen Schneider, written and performed in Diversity Works, created an educational training DVD for the Council for Equal Opportunity in Employment and was a special guest performer at the Positive Living Expo for Women with the aim of reducing the harms associated with gambling.

Rachel reveals how humour has helped her through various life challenges and how it can help with identify the beliefs that create barriers to getting the results you want.
